Getting Started

The purpose of this page is to help answer questions you may first have when you begin to suspect a person may have a neurological disorder or has been recently diagnosed with a neurological disorder.

Use AFNIC's services to help your child and yourself. AFNIC can train the parents and the school in how to deal with the manifestations of the neurological disorder, connect you with a support group, advocate for the child at the school, and provide many other services.
